After the Arab Spring the term "British Spring" has been used to describe the rebellion against Murdoch and corruption, the sudden realisation as to how corrupt Britain was and still is. Extrapolating the trend, next will come an "American Spring" where the US public suddenly sees what it knew all along: that having large corporations bankrolling politicians isn't good for democracy.

Delighted by the Occupy Wall Street protests. The original Adbusters campaign was "Beginning from one simple demand – a presidential commission to separate money from politics" but this message is getting lost somehow, many people seem to be protesting that they don't have jobs, which is of course true but not the root cause. Or maybe it's the biased media under-reporting the key issue.
