I'd be interested to see Nick Sayers' playing card cutting plan. You can see from this photo how he's using the playing cards as rhombi:

Yes, I saw that cutting plan. It's not the same as the one Nick Sayers is using though: if you look at his spheres the cards are arranged differently to the makezine sphere. Still very cool though!
