Fun fact of the day: Plotting voter turnout (horizontal axis) against percentage of votes (vertical axis) can reveal ballot stuffing. There shouldn't be any correlation, if the election is fair.

Here the red dots (Putin's party) show a strong positive correlation (looks like fraud) while the blue dots (a different party) don't.
