I remember the drop-in as being the most scary bit. I seem to remember that some people were going off the back - I hope you didn't ! I gather the snow is good in the Alps at the moment ?

We didn't go off the back (would have done with a guide). The snow was great on Monday and Tuesday (back home now). You've probably heard about what happened in Zermatt. We had some friends who had been visiting that day and only just managed to get out.
