+Dan Wills: "A Gray Scott Reaction Diffusion simulation is used to solve the growth and deformation of some mushrooms. The RD system was built in houdini using the awesome documentation at Robert Munafo's xmorphia tribute site. The results are rendered using Mantra PBR and illuminated using an hdri environment map, with translucent surface shading."
