There is no circle in this image. And the colors are all blue.

And it’s actually a picture of a dog but your brain makes it looks like pink squares.

Or something like that. My mind has been so blown by all these optical illusions that I’ll believe almost anything. https://twitter.com/AkiyoshiKitaoka/status/1004682052510158848

This would be an excellent design for a staircase. Caters for species of all leg lengths - just choose which bit you want to ascend. With a few more iterations it would also provide a ramp down the middle for bicycles and wheelbarrows. https://twitter.com/MissMastalio/status/1009099869854863365

Bruno Taut’s 1914 Glass Pavilion was what made me want to build this. An early use of architectural glass, it expressed “a longing for purity and crystalline exactness” and was to usher in a spiritual utopia. It was dismantled upon the outbreak of WW1. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glass_Pavilion

More photos of the build, and the spiral it makes on top. Compare with London’s ‘Gherkin’ skyscraper which is also a polar zonohedron (slightly altered) and where they have highlighted the spiral nicely. [Photo by Aurelien Guichard, from WP]
